Volunteer Social Media Manager position
Volunteer Social Media Manager position
The Endangered Alphabets Project relies on constant communications with hundreds of friends, followers, colleagues and volunteers all over the world, largely through social media channels.
In order to stay on top of this flow of information, we would like to take on a volunteer Social Media Manager to monitor several social media channels and to take responsibility for setting up and running the world’s first Endangered Alphabets Facebook group.
Time commitment: 6-8 hours a week. The successful candidate will report directly to Tim Brookes, founder and executive director of the Endangered Alphabets, on a twice-weekly basis. Excellent writing, research and social media skills required, plus an interest in languages. Experience managing a Facebook group and/or online community would be a great bonus.
Email a letter of interest and a CV to tim@endangeredalphabets.com.
