“Thank you” in Balinese. In 2013 I spent several weeks couch-surfing from friend to friend, and in gratitude for their hospitality I made them carvings. To some I gave monograms featuring their initials; to others I gave this extraordinarily graceful benediction in my favorite script.

This particular carving means a great deal to me and is not for sale. I can, however, make one very like it on commission. All sales of carvings support the non-profit work of the Endangered Alphabets Project.
